Heating and recovery are solid and I would buy the tank again. Getting an answer from customer service about my missing drain pan took four calls over two weeks. The heater earns five, the service pulls it down.

The display and modes are easy to understand. I keep it in hybrid most of the year and switch to heat pump only in the warm months. Would recommend it to anyone replacing an old tank.

Build quality is a step above the builder-grade tank it replaced. Heavier cabinet, better insulation, and the connections are where you want them. Delivery was quick and the unit arrived in perfect shape.
