It runs so quietly that I forget it's on. Standing next to it you hear a soft fan, and from the next room there is nothing to hear at all. Delivery was quick and the unit arrived in perfect shape.

No issue with performance at all, hot water is plentiful and steady. The freight company held it at the terminal for five extra days and never called to schedule, so I had to chase them myself.

The display and modes are easy to understand. I keep it in hybrid most of the year and switch to heat pump only in the warm months. The savings alone justify the upgrade.

Build quality is a step above the builder-grade tank it replaced. Heavier cabinet, better insulation, and the connections are where you want them. My plumber was impressed with the layout too.
