The unit itself works exactly as promised, so no complaint about quality. The delivery was pushed back twice and arrived a week later than the date I was given, which cost me a plumber appointment. Three stars is for the shipping, not the tank.

It runs so quietly that I forget it's on. Standing next to it you hear a soft fan, and from the next room there is nothing to hear at all. Would recommend it to anyone replacing an old tank.

The display and modes are easy to understand. I keep it in hybrid most of the year and switch to heat pump only in the warm months. Customer support answered my one question fast.

Build quality is a step above the builder-grade tank it replaced. Heavier cabinet, better insulation, and the connections are where you want them. The savings alone justify the upgrade.
