Replaced a 15-year-old electric tank with this one. The first full month my bill dropped noticeably and the hot water supply feels endless compared to what we had. Only wish I had done it sooner.

It runs so quietly that I forget it's on. Standing next to it you hear a soft fan, and from the next room there is nothing to hear at all. The savings alone justify the upgrade.

It heats fast and has been trouble free since day one. The carton was crushed on one corner and the jacket has a scuff, purely cosmetic but not what you expect on a new unit.

The display and modes are easy to understand. I keep it in hybrid most of the year and switch to heat pump only in the warm months. Five stars from me.

Build quality is a step above the builder-grade tank it replaced. Heavier cabinet, better insulation, and the connections are where you want them. Very happy with the purchase.

I track my energy use closely. Daily kWh for hot water fell by roughly two thirds after the swap, which matches what the label promised. Would recommend it to anyone replacing an old tank.

In the garage it doubles as a dehumidifier. The space feels drier and a few degrees cooler, which is welcome in the summer. Delivery was quick and the unit arrived in perfect shape.
