Plan your condensate drain before you start. Once that was sorted the rest of the installation was straightforward and it has been flawless. Very happy with the purchase.

It is heavy, so get a second person and a dolly. After it was in place everything else took about two hours. Would recommend it to anyone replacing an old tank.

Temperature stays rock steady through long showers. My old heater used to fade halfway through and this one simply doesn't. Great product for the money.
