It runs so quietly that I forget it's on. Standing next to it you hear a soft fan, and from the next room there is nothing to hear at all. Solid engineering throughout.

Four people in the house and we never run out. Recovery is quick even when the dishwasher and shower are running at the same time. Would recommend it to anyone replacing an old tank.

The display and modes are easy to understand. I keep it in hybrid most of the year and switch to heat pump only in the warm months. Great product for the money.
