It runs so quietly that I forget it's on. Standing next to it you hear a soft fan, and from the next room there is nothing to hear at all. Very happy with the purchase.

The display and modes are easy to understand. I keep it in hybrid most of the year and switch to heat pump only in the warm months. Delivery was quick and the unit arrived in perfect shape.

Build quality is a step above the builder-grade tank it replaced. Heavier cabinet, better insulation, and the connections are where you want them. Only wish I had done it sooner.
