Vacation mode is great. We drop the temperature while we're away and schedule it to heat back up the day we return. Delivery was quick and the unit arrived in perfect shape.

Plan your condensate drain before you start. Once that was sorted the rest of the installation was straightforward and it has been flawless. Customer support answered my one question fast.

It is heavy, so get a second person and a dolly. After it was in place everything else took about two hours. Only wish I had done it sooner.
