Vacation mode is great. We drop the temperature while we're away and schedule it to heat back up the day we return. My plumber was impressed with the layout too.

Plan your condensate drain before you start. Once that was sorted the rest of the installation was straightforward and it has been flawless. Five stars from me.

It is heavy, so get a second person and a dolly. After it was in place everything else took about two hours. Solid engineering throughout.

Temperature stays rock steady through long showers. My old heater used to fade halfway through and this one simply doesn't. Very happy with the purchase.

We went with the larger size for a house full of teenagers and it was the right call. Nobody argues about shower order anymore. Would recommend it to anyone replacing an old tank.

The ten-year warranty was a big part of the decision. Combined with the alerts, I don't expect to think about hot water for a long time. Great product for the money.
